A wealth of colors

The island was divided into six large lots that were developed by the same number of architectural firms. The last completed block is designed by Studionine dots. The project took almost eleven years to be completed. The realization of the building had already started, when the decision was made to use brick for the façade.

“It is a very beautiful brick,” says the architect enthusiastically. “With the sun, wind and rain, the brick always shows itself differently. Sometimes you see more brown tone, other times it is more gray and anthracite. It gives the façade an exclusive look, with a wealth of colors."
