Giving home to charity events

The owners needed besides a new home to live in, a suitable accommodation for holding charity events which play a very important role in their life. Within the house one can find a formal reception area, a dining room as well as a ball room. In the first three years they have raised a great amount close to $3m for charity.

Giving home to the family

The family part of the house contains a large kitchen, an extra big library which is finished in antique chestnut. One can find further a gallery overlooking the ballroom, where the owners' extensive art collection is exhibited.
The lower level of the home contains a second gallery, a professional grade twenty seat home theatre, a cigar smoking room, and a 15.000 bottle wine cellar.
The architects decided very early that a house of this size and grandeur needed a roof of similar status. Thus Wienerberger clay roof tiles were their first choice. The Aléonard clay roof tiles fit to the exclusive quality and add to the representative status of this mansion. The finished clay roof is a testament to all that is terrific about traditional clay roof tiles.
